DHL, which is usually within 1 week ( 5-7 days ) for transport . If you have special shipping requirements , please let us know.

We guarantee the required one-time shipment orders are placed and transfer payments . And a tracking number will be sent as soon as the goods shipped out . However, we can not check the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department . Reason for the delay may be due to weather problems or other circumstances beyond our control .

For convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the possibility of shipping your order , require direct signature. Please note that the choice to accept your package without the need for signature , they must be responsible for the thatshould your package is lost in transit or after delivery .

Returns & Exchanges

Here in our online store , we strive to provide our customers with high quality products and services. We know that online shopping is not often in your expectations , when you receive your order . You need to contact us before sending items . Please note , not including shipping and handling costs, return or exchange . In addition , we can not be responsible for lost shipments

All merchandise must be worn . Return all items for signs of wear or damage that may occur when a customer occupies prevent backflow . Resale conditions , we can only accept returns .

Return should contain intact box and original packaging plus any attachments may contain additional or shipped .


Trading is to follow the same guidelines , in return , they must within 15 days of receipt date , unworn, undamaged , and accompanied by all the original packaging.

We will accept different sizes or colors from the original date of shipment of the order within 15 days of exchange . Please contact us , your order ID and our team members will help you .

Please note that you can not swap the order different style , simply replace the style of the new order . All products must meet the following guidelines.
